Please note that guests are not allowed to modify guest names 2 days before arrival. Guests arriving later than 00:00 (midnight) must contact the hostel in advance. The contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. Upon arrival at Mirador Mansion, we strongly advise guests to head directly to the reception desk at Flat C2, Floor 13 and ignore the salespeople around the hostel. Please reconfirm the address and hostel name at the front desk upon arrival.

In cases of no-show, guests will be charged as per the hostel's policy. The reception desk is on a different floor as the rooms. Pre-authorisation from credit card will be processed before arrival to secure your reservation. This pre-authorisation will be released after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Check-out time from 9:00 to 11:00. Thank you for your cooperation. Guest will have to pay HKD500 room deposit for securing room facilities. It's refundable upon check out when the room is checked. We can also pre-authorize on the card as deposit and release after room check. Please note that hot water showers in guests' bathrooms will only be provided from 07:00-12:00 and 19:00-00:00 (midnight). Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
